Mission
What is text without voice? Ink.
The mission of VOX is to give voice to thought. If the eyes are the window of
the soul, then the voice is the car you get in to go out and visit your friends.
Created in 2006 by three theatre artists who believe that voice and language
are keys for communication, VOX draws upon a wealth of methodologies to unlock
the speaker’s inspiration and place it firmly in the minds of others through sound.
Working with texts, experiences and need we explore the possibilities that the
physical properties of sound offer to collapse distance between people and culture.
Given that voice is fundamentally a means of unification VOX always works in
partnership with others. Anyone who uses their voice is a potential partner of VOX.
